HYPERLOK® Refill Instructions: 240ml Pump Bottle

Step-by-step instructions for refilling your HYPERLOK® JUMBO Marker with the 240ml pump bottle refill system.

When to Refill

Refill the applicator when the fluid level reaches the "Refill soon" marking on the side gauge.

Refill Process Preparation

  1. Check fluid level: Confirm the applicator has reached the "Refill soon" marking on side gauge
  2. Shake pump bottle: Shake the 240ml pump bottle well before refilling
  3. Prepare tip (if using new tip): For first use of a new tip, see HYPERLOK 40ml Refillable Applicator Instructions

Refilling Steps

  1. Position applicator: Center the pump tip inside the 40ml applicator opening
  2. Begin pumping: Use firm, steady pumps to transfer fluid
  3. Monitor fill level: Depending on pump pressure, 18-20 pumps will refill the applicator completely
  4. Verify fill: Check that applicator is properly filled to operational level
  5. Resume printing: Your applicator is now ready for continued use

Tips and Notes

  • The wide tip will require about 1/4 of the bottle volume when first primed
  • New replacement tips are available for purchase
  • Apply HYPERLOK® by pushing tip firmly against buildplate with light pumping action while moving around print area
