HYPERLOK® Application Instructions: 50ml Dauber Bottle

Complete step-by-step instructions for applying HYPERLOK® with the Dauber Bottle(50ml) system.

Clean Build Surface

• ⚠️Clean with Plate Removed from Machine, do NOT spray Cleaner inside of Machines!

Mix 50/50 Isopropyl Alcohol/H₂O Solution in a spray bottle with MicroFiber or Dust Free Towel

Let soak for 10 seconds and wipe off

Repeat Steps 1 & 2, wipe with new towel, or clean side

Visually inspect to verify plate is clean

Apply HYPERLOK®

• ⚠️Ensure Plate is COOL, do NOT apply when HOT!
• ⚠️Make sure Z-Offset is Optimal

Troubleshooting Adhesion Issues

• Lower Z-Offset by -0.02mm increments
• Increase bed temperature by 10°C increments
• Increase first layer temperature by 5°C increments

Application Steps

1. Shake the dauber bottle well THEN remove lid
2. For first use, prime the tip by pressing down until tip is soaked
3. Push tip firmly against the buildplate with a light squeeze while moving around the print area
4. Distribute HYPERLOK® in a hatch/grid pattern until evenly applied
5. Let dry for ~3 minutes before heating the bed
6. Relax! Your parts will be HYPERLOK'd to your surface
7. Let your parts cool fully in the build chamber before removing for bed temperatures 100°C or less
8. Let your parts cool partially in the build chamber and remove while warm for bed temperatures 120°C or more
9. Clean fully between coats, layering coats will NOT increase adhesion, each surface will last multiple prints
